Thomas Kearin joined Heidbreder Building Group, LLC in 2004, bringing with him nearly 40 years of construction experience ranging from new custom homes to glass skyscrapers. 

 

Tom specializes in residential and historic restoration and has been recognized by Remodeling Magazine as one of the United States Top 50 remodeling contractors less than 10 years after launching his own start-up remodeling business.  Tom has continually worked to raise the standards and practices of the construction industry.  Formerly serving on the board of directors for NARIGC (The National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Greater Chicagoland) and occasionally consults with other contractors and trade partners to help them improve their businesses both functionally and financially.
